Cup Grip Ayesha
If you are looking to level-up your Ayesha, maybe it’s time to try a different grip! A Cup Grip Ayesha opens up a whole new world to the versatility of this iconic pole move. It is mechanically quite different from a Split Grip Ayesha, and can also be more challenging. We recommend learning this on static, even though it can be done on spin.
