Just starting your journey into flipping? Or do you love flips and want to explore ALL the ways to flip off the pole? Join Miss Filly for some baby steps to getting your flip on, with tips and tricks on how to make those scary things possible! This workshop can be viewed by anyone, but to complete all the moves you’ll need a confident Symphony Flip, Super Cupid, Shotgun Grip Ayesha and a Brass Monkey, plus you’ll need to be familiar with a Bicep Grip.
Extended Vomitron 3 Ways
If you’re a fan of the Vomitron, then it’s time to extend that bad boy! Suzie walks you through the Extended Vomitron and discusses three grip variations that will ensure any keen vomiter (😂) can find the right position to master this fun spinny move.
