Eros

An elegant favourite! The Eros looks precarious but is quite doable if you have a strong Brass Monkey. This trick can be done on either spin or static, and is really beautiful once you are feeling secure in it. Give it a shot, and post your progress in the Members’ Lounge!

Vortex

You’ll need a spinning pole for this one, and make sure you pay attention to all the teaching points to get the line that gives this trick it’s gorgeous aesthetic. Chopper Flares

This super-dynamic flare can be strung together one after the other in a death-defying loop or used as an accent to add some punch to your combos. You’ll need a super strong Aerial Straddle for this move, and to be totally comfortable with your Fan Kicks.
