Through explorations of skills, sequences and flows, this class will challenge you to push the boundaries of your creativity, helping you to reframe your movement with and around the pole. Join Tammy for an hour devoted to learning cute, fun and interesting combos! This workshop will require access to a pole, and there are some prerequisites to complete the whole session.

Inter+ Rolls and Floorwork

Join Tammy for a specialty off-the-pole workshop, to take your floor game to new heights! This workshop will focus on inter-level rolls, providing you with some exciting skills to spice up your floor work. A pole is not required for this workshop, but you will need about two body-lengths worth of clear space to safely attempt the workshop.

All The Splits

It’s splits, splits and more splits! Join Andrea for an hour devoted to stretching those hips and legs in all directions. Explore strengthening while you lengthen, and enjoy using a range of techniques to coax out that extra range we know you’ve got inside you! This workshop does not require a pole, but please have a mat handy. Blocks, bands and strap may be useful also.

Happy Shoulders

Intro To Roller Pole

Get ready to roll into some new skills, with Roller Pole queen Kylie J! This workshop is open to everyone – polers, skaters, and complete beginners, as well as experienced roller polers. You will need roller skates (stoppers on, inline skates not suitable), pole on spin (not static) and knee pads (any type).

However, anyone at an intermediate level is welcome to attend, as there are also some fun things in the first half of the workshop that don’t require inversions!

Make It Bendy

Join our resident flexpert, Mucci, for an hour devoted to making intermediate tricks pop – by adding a bit of bend! If you aren’t a bendy babe you are still welcome to do this workshop, however please be aware some shapes may not be accessible without a decent amount of flexibility in the hips and shoulders.

Liquid Lines Live ‘Blue Jeans’

Lola Grace is famous for her gooey, sensual style and seamless transitions. In this workshop she’ll guide you through a 1-hour pole choreography full of arresting moments and luscious movement. This choreo is best for inter+ students, a pole is required and heels recommended (though socks are fine). Also make sure your knees are covered!
