Hypnotic Flow with Bailey Hart

Join Bailey Hart for a Hypnotic Flow style routine that focuses on creating liquid, silky movement, with no extreme flexibility required. You’ll discover how to place and control your body with intention, using subtle shifts and shapes to create mesmerising illusions that feel as good as they look. Heels encouraged, knee pads optional. All levels welcome!

The workshop runs at 1pm (Sydney, Australia) on Sunday April 19th, everyone booked will be sent the recording on Monday, April 20th.
