3 Ways: Daisy Split Variations
We love a Daisy Split aka an Outside Leg Split! Join Bailey Hart and Lisa D as they show you some cute ways to explore this illusion split… You don’t need a flat split to make this one look good – which is our favourite kind of split!
Floor Jade Two Ways
This classic shape is bound to impress anyone who sees it. Luckily, it also doesn’t require a flat split and Filly gives lots of options – so you’ll have loads of ways to make it look spectacular!
Tilted Jade Two Ways
Calling all split lovers… Filly is back with another banger, the Tilted Jade! Learn two variations of this angled beauty and get ready to display your tilted spreadies to the gods. We’ve also included a variation for the non-spready folks!
Back Crucifix to Forearm Stand
This classic exit from Back Crucifix is as versatile as it is fun! It not only looks super cool, practising it also strengthens your shoulders, increases your stability in your Forearm Stand and leads into so many fun leg-shape possibilities. So join Suzie and get ready to banish your cooked spaghetti! (That joke will make sense if you watch the tute, haha)
Marchetti Split
The Marchetti Split is here! What an impressive and beautiful shape the Marchetti creates – it’s both a long, elegant line AND a twisted, bound position that always leaves people asking “How is the dancer holding that?!” Get your pancake stretch warm, and join Andrea for the vital tips on how to get this move right!
Summer Split
The Summer Split is a gorgeous Advanced/Elite shape that is a little bit quirky and different. It takes strength and control to hold your position on this nifty tangle of arms, and the versatility in the leg line means it looks good on everyone regardless of flexibility!
S Split
The S split is basically a variation of the Hello Boys, but it looks like so much more! This pretty and appealing shape looks stunning on its own, as part of a combo, or as a pose for photoshoots! And best of all – no invert required!
Choker Chopsticks and Variations
The Choker Chopsticks is a fun variation of the regular chopsticks! It uses the Choker Hold which is an unusual grip that looks like you’re choking yourself, but when done correctly it creates a cool shape and there should be no actual choking involved!
Archer Split
The Archer is one of Carlie Hunter’s signature moves! It is a strong planche-like shape and is super forgiving to those of us who are “flexibility challenged” as it uses a fake split line. Be sure to warm up your shoulders well before attempting this move, and enjoy!
Bunny Split
The best thing about the Bunny Split is that you don’t need a flat split to do it! Bunny is a fake split, and gives the illusion that you’re flexy (woohoo!). Be prepared for a bit of pole burn on the belly as this is one of your main grip points, but we promise it’ll be worth it for all the snaps you’ll get for the ‘gram!
