Contemporary Flow 3
In this workshop Bailey’s two loves combine – pole and contemporary dance. Through explorations of skills, sequences and flows, this class will challenge you to push the boundaries of your creativity, helping you to reframe your movement with and around the pole. Cute AF Combos 4
Join Tammy for an hour devoted to learning cute, fun and interesting combos! This workshop will require access to a pole, and there are some prerequisites to complete the whole session.
Twisted Hook
This trick may sound ominous, but it’s actually very sweet! Andrea also has two options for you, depending where you’re at in your climbing journey. So get ready to put that leg grip to the test and let’s do the Twisted Hook. Woo!
Satellite
We’re really turning up the drama with this one! Join Mucci to get all the inside tips on this gorgeous bendy trick. The Satellite is certainly not for the faint of heart, so make sure you’re on top of the prerequisites as this one may require persistence. A spotter will definitely help too!
Fairy
So you’ve nailed your climb… Now meet the Fairy! If you’re looking for an adorable-yet-impressive shape to make up the pole, look no further. The Fairy is a lovely arched trick to add to your repertoire. It’s accessible to most bodies, and also makes a gorgeous photo pose!
Iguana Fang
This old-school trick is a particular favorite of the flexy-back babes – but if you’re confident in an Iguana you should give it a go regardless of your flexibility. It’s a great challenge to your Iguana hold, and can lead you into more very fun shapes!
Cool Down with Tammy
Now that you’ve completed your session, it’s time to give your body some love! Cool down stretches are an important way to assist your body’s recovery, as well as calming your nervous system after the rush of training. Now, start slowing your breath and let’s dive in!
Spatchcock
Phew, we’re breaking out the big guns! It truly does not get much bigger than this baby. Debuted in 2008 by Dame Felix Cane, the Spatchcock is one of the most iconic shapes to ever exist in pole dancing. Mucci is firing up the oven, are you ready for the heat?
