Waterfall
This move is a stunning dynamic drop, and while it’s visually thrilling it’s far less terrifying than many other drops out there, making it the perfect way to begin your love affair with dynamics! Andrea includes two variations in this tutorial, so you have options to play with. It’s also important to have strong shoulder stability in order to perform this move safely, which is why the Waterfall is considered an advanced move.
Hood Ornament
This moved is named after the mini sculptures that can appear on the hoods of luxury vehicles. It is not alluding to the clitoris, though this move can also open you up to a world of pleasure and accomplishment! The Hood Ornament is a beautiful shape, and is also a useful transitional move for many exciting things to come on your pole adventures.
Pirouette and Variations
Pirouettes are fancy pivots on your feet, taken around the base of the pole. So simple, yet so delightfully effective, they are both fun and extremely versatile for any routine or combo you are putting together.
