Get ready to ‘wake your body up’ with Tammy, in this short HIIT session to get the blood pumping and your muscles feeling invigorated, followed by a lush express front splits stretch session. This workshop contains chapters, so if you prefer to do only the HIIT section OR the stretch section you can, however please still do the warm up section before jumping in!

Joanna will use a loop band/booty band in this class – if you don’t have one, a theraband will suffice.
Back Bending Basics

Splits and Folds
Join Andrea James Lui for an hour devoted to flexy goals – front splits and forward folds! If you want a shorter stretch session, you can! Just opt to do just the warm up, followed by either the forward folds OR the front splits section. Use the video chapters to skip straight to splits after the warm up if that’s your jam.
Advanced Pole Conditioning 1
Strengthen your body in all the right places for your pole training! Join Suzie for a powerful on-the-pole interval training session for advanced polers. Both heavier and lighter options given, however this workout is only recommended for those who can already Shoulder Mount. Let’s go!
Intermediate Pole Conditioning
