Welcome to Pole Mamas Workout!

Pole Mamas is the world’s first course for pregnant and postnatal pole dancers. The Pole Mamas Workout bundle contains just the essentials for your watch-and-follow stretch and conditioning sessions for both pre- and postnatal, as well as a 6-week return to pole postpartum course.

Carefully designed and presented by an expert team, including pole dance physios and women’s health physios (who are all pole dancers themselves), this bundle will give you some critical insight and pointers for your training, as well as providing a host of sessions to keep you moving during and after pregnancy.

The return to pole program will have you spinning, climbing, dancing, and reconditioning. These sessions will require a pole.
