An old school move with a variation to provide a modern twist! This trick is a cool illusion – with all four limbs extended backwards how are you holding onto the pole? You’ll have to watch the tutorial to find out! This trick requires some patience and a dry body – so make sure you have a sweat towel and some grip handy if you find yourself slipping.

Velcro Run

Dove

To attain the classic Dove shape, you will require a certain amount of flexibility in your back, so for those of you who are not so bendy in that area, Megan has an alternate version of the Dove for you to try!

Vortex

Layout (aka Layback) and Variations

A beautiful and classic intermediate move, the Layout is a vital foundation for so many tricks, shapes and transitions, so it’s a good one to spend a bit of time on. If this is your first time trying Layout, be prepared for a bit of thigh burn, but we promise you’ll get used to it with practice and that it will be totally worth it!
