In December 2023 we turned 5 years old, yay!

After reaching this milestone, we reflected on all the members who have been with us for years – some even from the very beginning. We thought about how we could create a special experience for those who truly value what we offer, and the Loyalty Annual Membership was born!

 

WHAT IS THE LOYALTY ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP?

As the name suggests, it’s a special type of Annual Membership.

We’ve always made Annual Memberships a limited offer, by opening intake once per year for just a few weeks. Well this time, we’re adding even more value and incentive for those who want to commit to a full year with us.

 

 

WHAT DO LOYALTY ANNUAL MEMBERS RECEIVE?

Aside from the obvious – a full year on PoleSphere – we will also be giving the Loyalty Members a few special extras, so that they know how much they mean to us!

Firstly, we’ll be sending out Loyalty Member packs… These are gift packs with a whole bunch of exciting, fun and useful gifts, that will change each year.

They will contain exclusive collector’s items only available to Loyalty Members, and a bunch of cute things that will come in handy for the home poler.

Loyalty Members will also receive priority access to support, with a special email address ensuring that any requests will jump straight to the head of the support queue!

 

 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? 

The Loyalty Annual Membership costs $50 LESS than a standard monthly PoleSphere membership. At just $429AUD it’s a total bargain! Also, any existing credit you have in the system will be deducted from the cost of the Loyalty membership.

 

HOW DOES IT WORK?
