The foot and ankle form a complex system and there’s so much more to a pointed foot than just simply extending the ankle joint or pointing your toes. ⁣Well-developed feet are important for all dancers regardless of genre. There are no prerequisites for this workshop.

Deadlift Conditioning

Pilates For Polers 3

Joanna has been teaching Pilates since 2003, and is truly the Pilates Queen! Pilates is an incredible system of exercises that, when done well can change the way you move, stand, sit and go about your daily activities. Get valuable insights into your body from Joanna, and work on balanced strength, healthy movement patterns, prehab and alignment. You will need a Pilates ball (15-25cm) and some light hand weights. A soft ball or cushion may be used instead, and bring some food tins if you don’t have weights!
