Lola Sexy Warm-Up

More than just a warm up, this luscious sequence is a vibe all to itself! Join Lola in a series of legwaves, body rolls, stripper pushups and sensual, gooey movement that will get you warm and ready for choreography. Heels welcome, knee pads or cushions/yoga mat recommended. This warm up is intended for general dance and choreography – if you want to do tricks or intense training, we recommend one of our full body warm-ups listed below.

Bird of Paradise Foundations

The Bird Of Paradise sits at the top of many polers’ ‘lust have’ lists. But what elements do you need to master to achieve it? Joanna takes you through conditioning, flexibility and active flex exercises to give you an understanding of everything you need before attempting the Bird. There are no prerequisites for this workshop, however to attempt a Bird of Paradise you should be confident in your Jade Split and Allegra.
