Floor Tricks

This workshop covers: Floor Jade; Back Roll Swivel; Reverse Swivel To Forward Roll; Side Shoulder Roll to Straddle Split; Side Candlestick; and Shoulder Cartwheel. Knee pads are recommended but not essential, and make sure you have some clear floor space!
