Pilates is an incredible system of exercises that, when done well can change the way you move, stand, sit and go about your daily activities. Get valuable insights into your body from Joanna, and work on balanced strength, healthy movement patterns, prehab and alignment. You will need a Pilates ball (15-25cm) and some light hand weights. A soft ball or cushion may be used instead, and bring some food tins if you don’t have weights!
