The foot and ankle form a complex system and there’s so much more to a pointed foot than just simply extending the ankle joint or pointing your toes. ⁣Well-developed feet are important for all dancers regardless of genre. There are no prerequisites for this workshop.

Liquid Lines Live ‘Hey Joe’

Floor Tricks
