How much fun is the Corkscrew Spin?! This intermediate classic is so versatile – great for any style of pole, great on static or spin, and it’s the perfect move to try for anyone wanting to understand the big “circular” movement that is so important for so many big spins and static rotations!
Static Rotations
Join Andrea for another pole tricks workshop, Static Rotations! Learn how to create a seamlessly smooth and jaw-dropping flow around the pole – on static! This workshop will require a pole, and participants must be able to confidently climb, and perform a straddle invert. Some of the more advanced progressions will require a Sneaky V and a Reiko Mount.
Straddle Secrets
Join Suzie Q to level up your Straddle and Mount game, at Straddle Secrets! She’s going to break down the three keys to nailing these babies, as well as take you through some pancake flexibility exercises. There are no prerequisites for this workshop, however a pole is required.
