If you’re looking to add a dreamy shape to your pole repertoire, get ready to try the Rainbow! This trick is equal parts elegance and daredevil, and gets more spectacular the further back you arch. Beginners with the prerequisites can safely try this trick, but we’ve also got a bonus intermediate-level version. Who knows, you may even find a pot of gold at the end!
Flip Foundations
Want to learn flippy things but don’t know where to start? Get comfortable with the basics, such as roll technique, explosive movement and generating force off the ground. Learn good conceptual and physical flip foundations in order to understand how flips work, and how you can prepare yourself for them, technically and mentally.
Liquid Lines Live ‘Tip Toe’

This workshop is best for students at an intermediate-level or above. A pole is required, heels are recommended (though socks are fine), and make sure your knees are covered!

Shoulder Mount Secrets
Join Suzie Q to level up your Shoulder Mount game, at Shoulder Mount Secrets! In this 1-hour session Suzie will guide you through the fundamentals of the Shoulder Mount. You will learn about the biomechanics of the Shoulder Mount as well as different drills and techniques to work on each part of the movement. There are no prerequisites for this workshop, however a pole is required.
Liquid Lines ‘Blues Bruiser’ Part 1
This sultry banger is classic Lola – liquid choreography, gorgeous heelwork and sensuality galore. If you’re dying to dance the night away to a sexy, bluesy rock tune, then strap on those heels – this one’s for you. The track is called ‘Blues Bruiser’ by Nick Poss.

Join Tammy as she takes you through conditioning, positioning and sequencing drills to make your Phoenix fly! Attempting Phoenix in this workshop requires a confident Ragdoll, Hunter Press and Split Grip Handspring, however this workshop is suitable for anyone who wishes to learn a roadmap to their future Phoenix. Tammy will make it clear at each step if you’re ready, or if you should sit something out.
Ragdoll Foundations
The Ragdoll is a thrilling trick and a crowd favourite on the comp stage. But what elements do you need to master it? Join Tammy as she takes you through conditioning, positioning and sequencing drills to give you a true understanding of how the Ragdoll works, and how you can take yours from flappy to flawless!
Attempting Ragdoll in this workshop requires a strong Martini Spin, a strong Coil Spin, and a strong Straddle Invert, however all are welcome to attend for a roadmap to their future Ragdoll.
